Job requirements

Languages:   English

Education:    Bachelor's degree

Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.)

Membership in the Canadian Bar Association; Membership in a provincial or territorial law society

Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years



Specific Skills

Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law; Advise clients of their legal rights and all matters related to law; Research legal precedents and gather evidence; Draw up legal documents and prepare statements of legal opinion
