Assisting a Director with managing a General Insurance portfolio of SME / Commercial / Personal Lines clients


Assistant Account Executive

Take the opportunity to join a medium sized brokerage that has been successfully operating for over 40 years.

We are currently looking for an Assistant Account Manger in our Bendigo office who will be working closely with one of our directors by assisting them with the management of a portfolio of SME/Commercial/Personal Lines clients.

The Assistant Account Executive will be responsible for assisting the director with:

Document processing of New Business, Endorsements & Renewals
Assisting with management of claims
Liaising with underwriters & clients
The successful candidate will be required to have a strong customer focus & attention to detail, highly organised and good computer skills. Tier 1 & 2 Insurance Broking qualifications would be highly desirable but studies to obtain these qualifications can be provided for the right candidate.

Any prior experience in the insurance industry, including knowledge with using Winbeat, Sunrise & MS Office would be advantageous.
