Bharat Electronics Ltd., a Navaratna Company and India’s premier professional electronics company, requires Trainee Engineers (Electrical) on contract basis for a period of ONE year for its Central Quality Assurance division of Bangalore unit.
I. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA 1.
First class in BE/B Tech in Electrical or Electronics & Electrical (EEE) only, from a recognised university. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:2. NUMBER OF REQUIREMENT:
Four Engineers [2 General category & 2 Economically Weaker Section (EWS) Category]3. UPPER AGE LIMIT:
Upper age limit is 25 years as on 01.02.2020.4. PERIOD OF CONTRACT:
One Year from the date of joining, extendable upto to 3 years (including the first year) depending on the project requirement and performance of the candidate.5. JOB:
The requirement is in the area of Quality.6. REMUNERATION:
Trainee Engineers will be engaged for an initial period of 1 year. Candidates will be paid Consolidate remuneration of Rs. 25,000/- per month for the 1st year & in the event of extension Rs.28,000/- will be paid for 2nd year & Rs.31,000/- will be paid for 3rd year.7. EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 6 months experience in operation of vibration system and climatic chamber (preferable) for operation and daily maintenance of the environmental testing chambers, shock and vibration systems.8. LAST DATE TO APPLY: Application should be submitted online on or before 14.03.2020.
9. MODE OF SELECTION:
Selection will be through a Written Test followed by an Interview for those candidates who qualify in the written test. Eligible candidates, who satisfy the requirements, will be called for the written test/interview. Candidates are required to produce all the original certificates and a copy of the same along with a recent passport size photograph on the day of the interview. The results of the final selection will be available on BEL website through query mode.10.PLACE OF POSTING: Bangalore, Karnataka.
11. HOW TO APPLY:

b) Candidates are required to enter all information correctly in the online application form and verify the same before submission, as changes shall not be permitted after submission of the application form.
c) Candidates who meet the qualifying criteria and whose online application has been accepted are required to log on to the website and enter their application number to access and download their written test call letter. Candidates are requested to print the call letter and comply with the instructions indicated therein. Please note that call letters will not be sent through email or conventional mail.
12. APPLICATION FEE:
a. Candidates are required to remit an amount of Rs. 200/-. The application fee should be remitted through SBI Collect (through online mode or through SBI Branch). Candidates are requested to read the details and screenshots for making the payment.
b. Candidates can also make the payment by approaching SBI branch. You have to select SBI branch in the payment option and download pre-printed challan generated through SBI Collect and deposit the application fee (as applicable) plus applicable bank charges in any SBI Branch. The candidate should ensure to obtain the seal and signature of the bank official.
c. Candidates have to enter the “SBI Collect reference No.” generated after payment, in the Online Application Form before proceeding to fill the other details in the Application form.
d. Candidates may go through all instructions and eligibility criteria carefully before remitting Application Fee and submitting the application. Fee once paid will not be refunded.
13. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
a) Selected candidates are required to be covered under a medical insurance scheme for a sum of Rs.2 lakhs per annum and submit the same on joining. In addition to the remuneration indicated, a consolidated amount of Rs. 10,000/- per year will be paid towards expenses like medical insurance premium, attire allowance, stitching charges, footwear allowance, etc.
b) Only Indian nationals need to apply.
c) Mere fulfilling the minimum requirement of qualification and experience will not vest any right on the candidates to be called for the interview.
d) Candidates who are unable to produce the marks cards and final degree certificates in original on the day of the written test/interview for whatever reason will not be considered. Candidates who have not completed BE/B. Tech need not apply.
e) In the event any applicant has litigated with his/her employer in the past, the same should be clearly mentioned in brief.
f) If there are more candidates, the number of candidates to be called for interview will be restricted in proportion to the requirement based on academic excellence, age, their performance in the written test.
g) Selections will be based on the reservation pattern as per the Government guidelines.
h) There shall be no reimbursement of travelling allowance neither outstation nor local.
i) Request for change of category (General/EWS) once declared, will not be entertained.
j) Decision of BEL in all matters regarding eligibility of the candidate, the stages at which such scrutiny of eligibility is to be undertaken, qualification and other eligibility norms will be final and binding on the candidate.
k) Canvassing in any form will result in disqualification. BEL reserves the right to debar / disqualify any candidate at any stage of the selection process for any reason whatsoever.
l) There will be no separate communication to any candidates on their non-selection at any stage.
14. Candidates are required to produce following documents at the time of interview (Original and one set of self attested copies)
• SSLC / Matriculation certificate
• All semesters marks cards
• BE / B Tech certificate
• EWS certificate (if applicable) strictly in the prescribed formats which are available
on our website)
• Proof of Identity (Aadhaar card / Voter’s ID card / PAN card / Passport)
• 2 Passport size recent photographs.
• Experience Certificate.
