3.Mapping customer journey/ process  for a seamless and delightful customer experience
4.Closely working with pan India dealer partners for implementation and training of e-commerce platforms
5.Query resolution and day to day coordination with internal stake holders and dealer partners
6.Customer complaint management for the e-commerce platform.
7.Support Campaign designing and Promotional activities for e-commerce platform
